WOULD DO 0 stars but unfortunately I cannot. DO NOT COME HERE. Please don’t waste your time and please read my story.The actual worst experience I've ever had with a dental office in my entire life. And I've been to many. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've ever recieved in my entire life. Terribly unprofessional and ridiculously rude people work here. There was so many red flags I don't even know why I went through with making an implant appointment but I'm so glad the doctor didn't lay a single finger on my mouth.First off, they Didn't tell me at all what the aftercare was for implants, if I could go to work the next day or what I had to avoid or LITERALLY ANYTHING. I had to call for two days in a row to get information. When I called the front desk ladies didn't know a SINGLE thing and I had to wait for Carmen who is their manager but doesn't really seem to care about her patients since she was getting upset with me on the phone for expressing my frustration with her business .... Not a single person in the front desk knows anything regarding implants, not even the healing time. I was told the only person who knows literally anything knows is Carmen. They are completely clueless. Not to mention Carmen is rude and a terrible communicator.Second, they Didn't tell me I needed a flipper. I had to go out my way to get that done on an additional day the day before the implant appointment. If I didn't ask about getting one they would've never even given me one since NO ONE mentioned it. Also had to wait 45 min to be seen. And while I was back there they still didn't come in the room for another 15 min. This is just the start before I even go to my appointment for implants.I had a bad vibe as soon as I walked in. I saw Carmen who didn't say a single thing to me, not even hello. I said hi but she pulled out paper work and told me to sign. She has some of the worst customer service I've ever seen. I was literally about to ask her if she was okay that's how rude she was being.Then, the rude middle eastern doctor looks me in the face and tell me he isn't going to do the implant. He walked out, got in his car and drove away because I told him that Ive smoked before. I don't smoke cigarettes by the way it's medical cannabis. They said Smoking after getting an implant can create a greater chance of it "failing" which I'm aware of and wasn't going to smoke after getting an implant, of course and which I also told him I'm not going to smoke after the implant. However, It has nothing to do with if you have smoked prior to or BEFORE the procedure???? So he didn't want to do my surgery because he doesn't agree with my life choices. LOL. Mind you, they never asked me before the appointment if I have smoked before or told me that if I smoke I can't get the implant done. Wouldn't you think they should do that so I don't waste my time, gas, money, take time off work and have someone baby sit my daughter? Smh. But they didn't, because this just Simply is NOT true. NO OTHER dentist would tell you that you cannot get an implant because you have smoked......Clearly god was preventing me from getting something really serious from somewhere really bad. This is the biggest joke of a dental office I've ever been to. Basically the doctor has Prejudice and discrimination against me because I smoke weed... I will be reporting this business to the better business bureau of Los Angeles.
