Amazing first dentist experience for my 3 and a half year old daughter !!! Leo made her feel so comfortable, and was a great hygienist. He was sure to explain every tool he used & exactly what he was doing to her teeth. Dr Aaron was personable & also made my daughter’s first dentist trip great. Front desk staff were also so nice. Not being one who has been a fan of going to the dentist due to bad experiences over my lifetime I needed to go to a dentist due to dental issues. I went to Norther Niagara Dental with low expectations and a lot of anxiety. I attended and was pleasantly surprised. Dr Langdon and his staff are wonderful. They show a a lot of compassion and patience when dealing with me even though I wasn’t overly receptive on the initial visit. He had fixed my main issue that I had visited him for. He pointed out that I had other issues that I did know about but had put off for some time. We had setup a plan to deal with the issues. I had the work done. I can honestly say Dr Langdon and his staff won me over due to the care and compassion they showed towards me. I would recommend Dr. Langdon to anyone especially those who are reluctant to go to the dentist, he is very good at his work as well as the staff. Thank you for taking care of me 😁 ⛳️🏌️

I need to add my experience to the many positive reviews I see here. The front office staff are friendly and helpful in every way, always ready to answer questions and make adjustments to the schedule, if necessary. I've had to come in several times in recent months and have some observations after my last visit. 1) Dr, Langdon takes the time that is necessary, pausing to explain all procedures in detail (if you want it) and offering all options, including being referred to a specialist. 2) He takes great care in freezing and stays attentive to whether the freezing is still in effect during the procedure. 3) My procedure was complicated and lengthy but Dr. Langdon proceeded methodically updating me on progress. These things inspire confidence. 4) Jenn, the assistant was very professional and attentive throughout. A great compliment to the Dr. 5) Upon completion, I received a detailed explanation of what to expect in the next few days including suggestions on how to achieve the best outcome.After my several visits this year, I have no hesitation in recommending this office.

I was very happy with my first visit to Northern Niagara Dentistry recently. The team were friendly, professional and efficient. I’m glad I made this choice. I just had my second visit to this office and again I was very happy with all the staff I encountered and the work performed was excellent, thank you!

The front desk staff are always prompt and friendly with their greetings. My regular hygienist (as well as others I've had there) is gentle and makes the visit as pleasant as a dental appointment can be. I don't see the dentist at every visit, but when I do, he's always very nice and doesn't try to push any dental work on me. Recommend to anyone in need of a dentist or dental work
