Dr. Parkinson and Leah, his assistant, have been wonderful to have work done by. The dentist usually gives me so much anxiety. But these two made it easy to feel comfortable. They are quick and efficient. They always numb you proficiently, and are informative of the process. Willing to answer questions and concerns. This business is a life saver as well. Without Dr. Parkinson and Leah and North Country Dental as a whole, I would be in a world of hurt. I'm so glad to have them in our community.

The best experience I’ve ever had. My pain level was at a 10 walking in and they got me in, in under 30 minutes. Both doctors were so nice considering i was in so much pain and nervous they helped me feel at ease. They helped me with the tooth that needed to be extracted. I felt so relieved after the procedure. Thank you! Such a great experience going in to coming out!

In one week, I had multiple appointments here. I was under the impression that the doctor I saw the first appointment would be the one doing the exam at the second appointment a day later.. NOPE!Someone completely different. .. neither of the visits managed to update my personal information. The prescriptions were sent to a pharmacy I hadn't used since 2021, and none of the doctors bothered to look at my medical files from anywhere. Not even the previous notes from that week's first visit.I was told I would need to have some specialist consultations to be cleared for surgery, I received a letter saying that on the 26th of September, the pre authorizations were faxed to the specialists....NOPE!I call daily and get the run around. I still can't even schedule the appointments bc nobody got the fax..NOT IMPRESSED

I have been feeling symptoms for months and I waited for this appointment for 2 months but Jenna Kay rushed and dismissed me. She said she doesn't have time and left me at the room! Dont go to her at any cost !

If you go as an emergency their is extremely long wait due to how many patients they have but you can tell that they are doing their best take care of everybody. They actually care about you getting seen, and helping you alleviate pain you have going on ur teeth, which is so underrated I never knew the headaches that came with a toothache. To the receptionist, the dental assistance and the dentist themselves thank you for going above and beyond !!!
