Worst experience in my life having a tooth removed a few years ago absolutely terrible. The procedure which was only supposed to be an hour was 3 1/2. I stopped going there for a while because you’re such a bad experience that I said hey let me give them a shot again. The dentists were great but the manager he was trying to sell me on things. The dentist did not recommend. The dentist said I needed a crown and the manager said let drill the tooth out and then if that doesn’t work, we can give you a crown so my insurance company said that they suggested drilling the tooth out first against the dentist the doctor suggestion He did this so that he could collect more money for my insurance And then he was very rude on the phone to me, he even removed me as a patient because I left a poor review about how he behaves and acts They never followed up on any phone calls like they said they were , I really suggest never stepping foot in this place. It’s a revolving door of people.

Everyone in this office is awesome! I get a lot of anxiety when going to the dentist, but here everyone makes you feel relaxed. I got 4 filling done all at once instead of coming back multiple times. The dentist listened to me and the techs were understanding and helpful. I also appreciate the kind courteous receptionist that are so polite here. To often in doctors offices the Receptionist are snotty and seem to hate their job which is alwats ao off putting you dont get that here. I Would definitely recommend.

It is a nice office. Appeared to be clean. My only concern was the office manager. I'm not sure how this place runs but what I was hearing definetly wasn't that nice or respectful. An assistant came to take X-RAYS. She was very quiet and a bit cold. After it was done, the door was wide open and all you could hear from the office manager was "Redo,Redo,Redo,Redo,Redo" in a very passive aggresive manner. He sent someone else to do my X-rays but knowing thr layout of the office. I don't think calling someone out like that was appropriate. A simple "can you redo these?" would suffice and allow the assistant to retake them. I felt that the assitant was made to feel bad. The actual doctor was very kind. I was sent to sit at the office managers desk. We discussed my treatment plans. I was told to come back to do the treatment. He quickly said "this Friday at 2:30PM" It was a bit sudden and when I said "this week?" he responded in a passive aggressive tone "Yes?" I booked it. I have severe anxiety with the dentist regarding a situation that happened to me before. I explained if they would be able to do that with me( I don't want to get into detail and explain my medical situations). I felt he was completely dismissive and he kept telling "No youre ok, the Doctor is good we've been in the field for years we know what we're doing" I didn't feel like he was listening to me and my concerns and it made me feel uneasy and I didn't feel like my needs and concerns would be addressed here (this is what made me ultimately decide to not come back). After addressing with my family later, I decided not to come back because I really did feel like he was dismissing me and I didn't appreciate that. Having severe anxiety, I want to be comfortable and with the conversation we had, I did not feel that would happen here. Called to cancel and he asked me when I wanted to reschedule I said No, I just wont be coming back. He hung up the phone. I think the staff is great but just by the small interactions with the "Office Manager". That's what made me not want to return.
