My two daughters Samantha and Melanie started Braces treatment 2 years ago they are finally done with a beautiful smile, they loved all the crew back there just made feel so comfortable and like they new them for so long since day one. Now starting treatment again with my 11 year old son Angel, he was so excited and happy to get his teeth straight and look forward for the end of his treatment. We all really recommend My Orthodontist in Raleigh. The Best!!!

**Avoid This Orthodontist!**This was my second time getting braces (my first as an adult due to wisdom teeth shifting my teeth), and it was a frustrating experience. Unlike the advanced technology available at other practices, this office uses an outdated, bulky brace system that’s uncomfortable for adults. I can't imagine these fitting properly in a child/teen mouth. I opted and paid extra for both permanent and removable retainers, but the issues just kept coming.Only a month after having the permanent retainer placed, it broke and started poking me. When I called to get it fixed, they insisted on scheduling two separate appointments and wanted to charge me $150! They couldn’t even accommodate a single appointment for four months because their schedule was overbooked.When I had braces, Every visit was the same story: I’d have to wait weeks past when I needed an adjustment, and when I finally arrived, they’d be so behind schedule I’d often have to stand because the waiting room was full. After too many of these issues, I’ve decided to have the permanent retainer removed altogether. I wouldn’t recommend this practice—save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere!
