Scheduled an appointment to have a crown installed. Verified with receptionist twice that this appointment was for crown work, for I had 1.5 hours commute from my home. My scheduled appointment was at 11:00am. Once arrived at dental office 11:01am. They took an xray and then indicated I had to reschedule because I was late (1 min.). I indicated I was a bit upset, for they did not honor my appt. They were very RUDE! Aand DISRESPECTFUL. and told me to get another dentist ( after being a patient w/ them for over 2 years). DR. COREY WAS VERY UN PROFESSIONAL they way he treated me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST.... HORRIBLE

These people are the worst!! I have been trying to get a cleaning from them and have taken two days off work for this and have yet to receive a cleaning. The first appointment they only took X-rays and tried to tell me I had several cavities and a crown needing to be fixed. I got a second opinion and they said that I only needed HALF of what they were suggesting to me. The second appointment I scheduled for the cleaning, they cancelled 1.5 hours before hand after I’d already called out of work, scheduled a sitter, and began my long drive to Montrose. They never answered my calls and seem to be extremely unorganized. Avoid at all costs if you want to save your money and time.

Mountain west is a very professional practice with lots of experience to go along with that. The receptionists have top notch customer service and make you feel welcome when you walk in the door. The dental hygienist does a great job cleaning my teeth and being very friendly and professional. Dr. Cory and his assistant are also very personable and professional. Everybody at this office does a fantastic job.
