*Caution* Proceed to this dentist at your own risk. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I came in to receive a filling for a cavity filling that fell out. They proceeded to tell me that I needed all kinds of work done and that I needed an extensive cleaning. They charged me $350 for this cleaning that they said I needed that was a deep cleaning.At the time of the original treatment plan I did not feel comfortable with the treatment they say I needed. I spoke to Linda Strickroth the manager for all three facilities and she assured me that I did need the deep cleaning and that this dentist was the most conservative that she had. I took her reasoning and accepted it.I came in for the cleaning and the Dentists phone kept going off and the dentist excused himself several times to take a phone call while he was cleaning my teeth. I didn't think nothing of it, maybe it was an emergency. He finished half my teeth in 20 minutes while still taking phone calls and said we were done. We will finish cleaning the other half of your teeth next time. Next time???? So I left and came back two weeks later to finish the other half. So same thing happens, Dentist comes in and finishes second side of my teeth in 15 minutes and expresses that I will come back in 2 more weeks to polish my teeth.I have had orthodontics and been to the dentist multiple times and this deep cleaning was the same regular cleaning that I have had at multiple different dental offices. So it seemed like a scam to me. Something was a miss. So I called Linda Strickroth, the manager for all three Crystal Dental offices. I explained to her the situation.Let me make a point, the dentist now performing the work is different from Alex the dentist that wrote up the treatment plan. She proceeds to give me the same line, this dentist is the most conservative dentist that we have. Funny, she said that same thing in regards to Alex the first dentist that wrote the treatment plan. I explained to her the situation and this deep cleaning is the same cleaning I have received from multiple dentists. She seemed to get irate when I told her I was going to file a complaint and leave a review online. She then proceeded to tell me that she was going to leave a review regarding the company I worked for if I was to leave a review regarding Crystal Dental. Really??? Leave a review regarding a business that you did not to business with. She then said she would have the owner of the facility come in and re-do my deep cleaning. I haven't figured out what their scam is but I know it was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had in a dental office that extended over 3 visits.STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT UNPROFESSIONAL SCAMMING PEOPLE IN YOUR MOUTH.
