Bloodiest cleaning I’ve ever had.Was 30 minutes late due to misunderstanding appointment time, I offered to reschedule but office told me to stay and they would get done what they could. I have had extensive dental treatment (mom was a hygienist) and this was the roughest, bloodiest experience I’ve had. My gums continued to bleed for about 3 hours after my appointment. When I mentioned it to the hygienist during the visit, she told me it “wasn’t as bad as I thought” as she proceeded to suck only blood out of my mouth with the hose. I take good care of my teeth, flossing and brushing daily. Dentist found a cavity and recommended filling it asap, got a second opinion and was told to wait 6mo-year. Not sure if they were rushing or just being brutal because I was late, but I won’t set foot in here ever again.

I did the online paperwork and she emailed me more paperwork. I filled that out and didn’t hear anything for 2 weeks. I called and she said she’d call me back in a “couple of minutes”. It’s been 4 hours and she hasn’t. I give up. They must be so busy that they don’t need new patients.

Dr. Heidi and staff were great. Got me in to fix a crown before a trip. Always friendly with me. Office is clean. Great dental office.
