A long-time client but infrequent visitor is how I would best describe my relationship with Middlesex Dental Associates—and this was entirely my own fault. When I returned after a few years without dental appointments, I brought with me a list of issues that could have been avoided had I kept up with routine checkups. Nonetheless, the genuine care and treatment I received from the staff and Dr. Onofreo was amazing.Given the extensive list of dental needs I had, an orchestrated treatment plan was created. It's worth noting that this appointment was scheduled in mid-November, during the beginning of the busy holiday season—a particularly tight time for the office.When Middlesex Dental Associates says it treats patients with respect and care, they mean the same respect and care they would give to their own family. The accommodations and flexibility shown to me—despite my infrequent visits—were above and beyond. The genuine concern and desire I had to correct my dental issues were mirrored and reciprocated by the team.Everything about my experience, from scheduling the appointment to the actual treatment, demonstrated the exceptional effort and commitment of Dr. Onofreo. For instance, my appointment was scheduled outside of normal working hours. Dr. Onofreo, understanding my needs and commitment to resolving my dental issues, went out of his way and dedicated his personal time to help me. His unwavering commitment to achieving the best possible results is evident in the final product.Dr. Onofreo never rushes his work. Even if an appointment runs longer than anticipated, as a patient, you would never feel it. His attention to detail and dedication to delivering nothing short of the best possible outcome is unparalleled.
