The dentist and hygienist I worked with were fine. No real complaints. However, I get a new bill in the mail almost monthly telling me I owe some fee that wasn't covered in my last visit (although I haven't had a visit in almost one year). The most frustrating part is, you cannot call the office and speak with anyone. When you call the office, their automatic messaging continuously redirects you to their website. I would love to be able to actually call and speak with someone, especially when I'm trying to schedule an appointment and clarify this new ",mystery" charge.
