I was looking for a new, independent dentist around Melrose and was lucky enough to find Dr. Leno. I had my first appointment which included a cleaning and check up. The dental hygienist was terrific. She explained everything she was doing, was gentle and thorough. Dr. Leno then came in to conduct an exam, he was kind and thorough, I never felt like I was rushed. I had my first follow up appointment today - to fix an ill-fitting crown put in by a chain dental office - it was a very pleasant experience.Kelly at the front desk is very knowledgeable about insurance and was able to get me a comprehensive estimate of costs, insurance coverage and out of pocket expenses which helped us make strategic follow up appointments to maximize my insurance benefits and minimize my out of pocket expenses.I am very pleased with the care I have received and highly recommend Dr. Leno and his staff for your dental needs.
