Pat scheduled me to see Dr. Marshall on the same day. All the staff in his office are very friendly. Dr. Marshall performed a thorough evaluation and suggested me to have a dental implant. Pat is so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. She made all the arrangements and explained to me patiently. I appreciated their effective professional assistance to me.

The most awesome and welcomed experience ever experienced with a dental office. The doc is so honest and the receptionist Pam is just the sweetest. They will forever be my choice here in Kingsport. Can’t remember the assistant name but overall so friendly and honest.

This is absolutely one of the nicest dentist offices around. My son is self pay and this place is very reasonable compared to all the others. Plus the staff was so nice and caring. The receptionist Pat was exceptional.
