I used to shake when I was at the dentist even when I knew they obviously weren't going to hurt me, but I couldn't help it. I found this dentist office randomly though some insurance I had and based on how close they were to me but OMG it's the best dentist place I've ever been. I recently moved to Durham but I'm still driving to Raleigh because even though it's an errand, a task! That I need to get done, they always make the experience feel like a spa day. I'm not rich so I often skip my getting my nails done, so coming for a basic dental cleaning and having it be so nice, so well done, so kind, everyone is so nice and calming, that no matter how bad your day has been, they make the dentist office feel like a treat or a spa day and I love that so much that rather or not my insurance at my new job covers it, I will probably still come to them any way because they go so above and beyond to create a non stressful experience for what is normally a very stressful experience for people. I love them so much. I thought going to the dentist was going to be the worst part of my day and it honestly turned out to be the best ending in a hot lavender towel. Amazing and completely worth every cent.

***Must read***I wasn't going to leave a review, but after they decided to send me 6 notifications to leave one I might as well.I called the day prior to update my insurance. I was told it was all good and accepted.I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment. Nobody checked in with me after that. 30 minutes AFTER my appointment time, I FINALLY get taken in. I get a delay. I get being short handed. You never once checked in with me to let me know they're behind.Once in the cleaning room, I get told "BTW you don't have insurance coverage and you'll need to pay $XXX out of pocket". Of course you didn't update my insurance and still had the old information.40 minutes past my appointment "okay your cleaning is covered but here's another $$ we're not sure if they're gonna cover" lol.By that point I wanted out. Decided to cancel mine and my wife's appointment.Will not be coming back and I'd recommend a different dentist office if you expect reliability and professionalism.
