We have been going to Little Harpeth for a few years, and it has always felt a bit off to me. My kids do not have any issues, and some dental hygienists are more patient with my kids than others. My issue is with how when they try to contact you they do it so aggressively it's a bit overwhelming. The month leading up to a visit I am bombarded with texts and emails constantly reminding me of the upcoming appointment. After appointments I will receive multiple email's asking for a google review. We had an outstanding balance of $20 for a missed insurance claim, which is not a big deal, but I received multiple phone calls about it. When I was unable to answer they immediately sent a text message and an email. Over $20. It felt desperate and strange. Never have I been to any medical establishment where any outstanding balance was not mailed or addressed at the next appointment. After paying the balance I have cancelled all future appointments and will be taking my children somewhere else.
