The reason I am giving two stars is due to the scheduling. They book six weeks out, so if your child is sick or has an active schedule and has to miss appointment, then you are pushed out six weeks. My son has had multiple brackets fall off in six months, and they charge $35 for each bracket. This was not discussed at the time of sign-ups. My child is eating the correct foods too. On day two of getting his braces installed, a bracket fell off. I called to let them know, and I was told that's common and not to worry about it. We did miss our appointment due to a conflicting schedule. It’s difficult because this orthodontist office schedule is not accommodating. Today, I called in and asked the receptionist for an 7am appointment ASAP because my child is now missing five brackets and can’t wait the additional six weeks for his appointment. I was told there are none available for about six weeks. I was given attitude and told they are six weeks out and that I would be charged $35 for each bracket. The ladies who install the braces are extremely professional and nice.

More than happy with the service provided here at Lae Vegas braces. Jackie was amazing, and went above and beyond to help us get our daughter the proper care and treatment that she needed. She, and the staff here made our experience stress free and enjoyable.
