This outfit always does a stellar job with white glove, 5 star service. The staff is always warm and inviting while maintaining the benchmark for excellence in professionalism. Nichol kicks booty in managing accounts and treatment plans. When was the last time you had your doctor or dentist/oral surgeon call you personally following a procedure? Dr. Garcia personally follows up each time a major procedure takes place to check on the well being and recovery. I refer all of my friends, family and associates to Kremers and Forbes.

This place is amazing. I don't say that about a lot of dentists. We needed a new dentist, current was was mediocre at best. Got a referral from my client. I am so happy I did! Had a crown prepped, as I was waiting ...a little longer than expected, they came back w/the new crown...it was done in house, on the spot! No waiting w/a temp for 2 weeks!! Had no clue. Today had some deep cleaning done. Asked if this was the same treatment as I wh gotten at the periodontist... YES! They have the tools most dentists don't, so they don't have to send you out and cost you a ton of money to have procedures done. My mind is blown AGAIN w/these professionals. I hope to NEVER have to switch dentists again. Did I tell you...I hate going to dentists? I can't wait for my next visit!

Caring, very professional staff! DrHawthorne, after all the xray work etc., laid out my situation with thorough explanations and with respect. I think I'm getting over my fear of dentists. Rachel and Michaela were awesome too!

Been going here many years. They do a good job explaining work that will be needed after exams. The Hygienists/Docs take great care to ensure your procedures are as pain free as possible. Highly recommended.
