UPDATE: called back again to try and get the office managers name. She answered the phone when I called and continued to refuse to give me her name (although she called it “declining” not refusing).I called kids first because my daughter’s dentist referred us there. It was a complicated situation where I was Being told different things by insurance and the dental offices and was trying to explain this to the office manager (wish I had her name, she refused to give it to me). She wouldn’t let me speak, kept talking over me, told me I needed to go somewhere else and hung up on me when I did ask for her name. Luckily I recorded the call and will be contacting the AZ Dental association to make them aware of how this office does business.If you want professional and caring staff DO NOT COME HERE
