Staff is always friendly, office is always clean and my oral health concerns are addressed professionally and with care for my well-being. Marcia is the best, and largely the reason I come here for my dental care. This visit was to place a crown on a chipped broken molar. Dr. Smith and Amanda took great care in my comfort and Dr. Smith explained every step of the procedure. I did not experience any discomfort during the procedure or the next day.

I have extreme dental anxiety from super traumatic dental experiences in my childhood which has kept me from wanting to go regularly in my adult life. I absolutely adore Dr Smith and his team. They always treat me so gently and do such a great job. I highly recommend Dr Smith!

The best cleaning & exam I’ve ever had with the dental hygienist! Then when the doc & his assistant came in for my filling they were in sync like a motha! So ya, five stars to Jefferson Dental ⭐️’z. Real accurate, very clean, very organized, very professional! I was blessed to find & receive their services for sure 💕

I love all the workers here!! They treat my kids with so much love and patience! The dentist assistant was very detail on every step and very nice and careful with my kiddos ❤️❤️ I really RECOMMEND if you have little ones!!

My husband and I have we're patients of Dr. Smiths, we started going before covid and we've recently stopped because every time we see the dentist himself he's an asshole. I didn't want to have to make this decision because we love our hygienist and Michelle the receptionist. But after years of constantly having our concerns dismissed by Dr. Smith we found a new dentistry. Let me tell you the last straw. Last year I had a cavity filled a few weeks later something was wrong it was swollen at the base and all my lymph nodes had swollen on that side of my face. He didn't even look at the tooth and told me it would just need 3 root canals and 3 crowns and the lymph nodes were muscles that needed to be massaged. Fast forward to 1/3/2025 that tooth needs to be pulled because it's been infected at the root and base opening for a year. On top of that before that tooth was filled he extracted a tooth prior left a bone spur coming out of my jaw and he told me it would just go away on its own. Its still there sharp as hell, shocker ... now have an appointment to correct that. EVERY filling that my husband has had has fallen out as well and when he goes to fix it the dentist acts like hes an inconvience. I sure hope that Dr. Smith's bed side manners improve dental issues are no fun and making people feel worse about it isn't the way to go
