So I was over due for a deep cleaning, went for a deep cleaning, they have to send it to my insurance to get approved. But then they brushed my teeth with a red paste. Said ok come back for your deep cleaning next month. So when I go back they said oh you were denied by your insurance bc we did the other cleaning with the red stuff. I never asked for that, I did not contest to that. I wanted my deep cleaning. So I couldn’t get done what I went there for bc they wanted to do some extra crap I didn’t ask for. Then when I’m telling them this they look at me like they don’t speak English. Overall they do a good job and I’ll be there again but make it real clear what you want done and what you don’t want done.
