Both of my younger children have had bad experience with dental offices and dental work but as soon as they walked into the office the staff was very welcoming, friendly, and professional. The staff was able to show them the tools they were going to be working with on their teeth, which made them feel comfortable and at ease. They put on a movie for them and worked on them. The dentist was very informative, friendly, and professional with a calm demeanor. The kiddos were calm surprisingly and not afraid. After they were done, my kids even want to keep going back to them, which is a plus for me! In the end, they had a great experience, came out happy with their prizes, their toothbrush, and their toothpaste! I would highly recommend them! The entire team from booking to welcome, to the always kid-friendly technician, and Dr Chris, are all awesome. They are timely, quick enough so my young one doesn’t get anxious, and thorough with my child’s dental needs.
