I have been going here for years for my dental needs but the past two years with staff changes I have realized that the level of service I’ve received are not what I was used to. I had been quoted a procedure which was a higher cost than my insurance covered. When I inquired about it, the office manager said they would correct it and call back with a quote that matches my insurance coverage. I never got the call back so I didn’t get the work done. . Secondly, I had a text message about an appointment for cleaning that I had set up months ago. I called them immediately to ask for a sooner appointment as I had a beginning toothache but only got their voicemail. I left a detailed message and did not get a call back. I called again and still got just a recording to leave a message. At this point I decided if I don’t get a call back then I’m done with these people. The quality of customer service is not par for the cost of coming here. Time for a new dental provider. Take care of your patients or we can fine new providers.

Super bad tooth problem . I called and a very nice comforting voice listened to me and scheduled me the next day 8 am wow thank you . 😊 After arriving alil paperwork right into the chair and I met the nicest most straightforward and gentle dentist I have ever had . In the end she dug out some roots from a broken tooth I was told by others needed surgery and just like that within a hour all done . Thank you very much 😊. I would have absolutely no problem going back for care or another emergency. Flat out just thank you.🥳✌🙂.
