Everyone was super friendly…. Office was very clean. I was serviced at my scheduled time. The dentist was very knowledgeable about my teeth. I highly recommend Idea Dental🥰

The staff was friendly. However, I went in for tooth pain, but came out not knowing what the cause was. They told me a bunch of issues I had and told me I needed a treatment plan (which was $2000) when I just wanted to know what was causing the pain. After they told me what I had going on, they proceeded to tell me they were going to prescribe medication for me and never did. I understand the office wants more customer intake, but if they would have just told me my main issue in the first place; I would’ve been a loyal customer and my mouth wouldn’t still hurt.

I LOVE Ideal Dental! I came here a couple years ago and then had to switch dentists due to a change in insurance. When enrollment came back around, I found a plan specifically that would let me come back and they did not disappoint!The dentist was kind and knowledgeable and the hygienist went above and beyond to get my teeth cleaner than they have been in years. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!
