It was my first time visiting a dental office in 7 year in fear of pain and cost. It was past time for a visit. This office made my experience so comfortable. I got two teeth removed with very very minimal pain. It was the day before and I was able to enjoy my holiday as usual. It was my first visit with Dr Walton. The whole staff was great I was explained in detail each process from my insurance to each step of the process.I was also giving options of treatment. I am very impressed. It’s hard to find any service that totally care and work with you the way this dentist and his staff did. I’m 69 years of age and finally I don’t have to be afraid of dental work and recommend this office and dentist to anyone that has been putting off any dental work . I can go on with more positive details but that I will save for my follow up visit.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Loved the office and waiting room. I am a repeat patient and didn't want anyone else to work in my mouth for my dream smile. Thanks Doc. I can truly say I LOVE my dentist.

"Dr. Malcolm Walters Jr.'s office felt cozy and had an at home feel. The receptionist was very welcoming and eager to assist. The dental hygienist shared enabling experiences and shared understanding of the process while continuing to keep me comfortable, (ex: I was challenged with acid reflux as she reclined me in the chair...she noticed my discomfort and sit me up. Then offered me something for comfort). Upon completing the cleaning, I had the same enabling vibs with Dr. Malcolm Walters Jr. as he prepared me for more work that would be needed for my dental health."

I have had several dental services performed by Dr. Walters and his staff over the last few years. I was a new client during the COVID-19 pandemic. His office staff have had several dramatic changes over the years. Unfortunately, Dr. Walters and his staff’s performances became subpar, with a lack of professionalism and poor customer service, and my teeth suffered. He hired several younger staff members who could not perform standard dental procedures properly. I am waiting for office staff to contact me regarding my refund of over $2400 for poor dental work. I was told on 10/17/24 that my account would be credited. As of today, 12/2/24, the office has no recollection of that prior phone call. I was told today that someone “would contact me soon.” I am still waiting for that phone call.
