Such wonderful people in this office. Dr Guelakis is one of the nicest people and they got me in right away. I had a very painful tooth that I needed pulled and everyone else, even though I told them i was in pain, told me I had to wait 2 months for the next appointment. It was close to Christmas and Dr, Guelakis got me in with in a week. The women that work for him are just the sweetest people. I would definitely recommend this office. Over the years I had to get 2 molars removed and I ended up coming to see Dr. Guelakis both times. Each time was an excellent experience. He took his time and explained different options on what could be done. I ended up getting them removed and I felt absolutely no pain at all. I recommend him to my friends and family all the time.

It's a blast from the past upon entering the office. But I loved that. I was welcomed and taken promptly. Dr. Guelakis was so easy going and funny. I had 3 wisdom teeth pulled and one was so impacted I still was out in less than an hour. I wish I had this experience everywhere. I highly recommend this office.

This oral surgeon is literally one of the best people I have ever met. I was super nervous about the pain and whole experience of having my teeth pulled and he calmed me down and joked with me the whole time to make me feel at home. I recommend him to anyone experiencing tooth pain or any situation requiring an oral surgeon. It was quick and relatively painless! Thank you again DR!

The man saved my life. I had an impacted, abscessed, wisdom tooth and I was in the most debilitating, throbbing pain. My mouth had been sore several days before, but all at once this thing descended on me.Almost every dentist I called in Connecticut wanted several thousand dollars just for a counseling session and after that a few thousand more two weeks later when they finally removed the tooth. In addition no one could see me for at least a week.In stark contrast, Dr. Guelakis' staff was polite and sympathetic. They cleared room for me that day and within two hours I was getting my tooth removed. The tooth itself actually had to be split open with a large, strange pair of tongs and removed in pieces. The whole procedure was incredibly professional, painless once the drugs kicked in (I never really felt the gas), and over in maybe 15 minutes.In addition, Dr. Guelakis agreed to treat me even though I didn't have insurance. The whole operation cost me under $200. While that may seem like a lot, when the infimum of the other quotes I received was $1200 and I was essential over a barrel with pain, it was a welcomed reprieve. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Guelakis to anyone in need of dental surgery.
