My visit was amazing per usual the dental assistant was fantastic. I am upset I can’t remember her name at the moment to give her a shoutout. She was quick, kind, polite and welcoming. The Doctor was very kind as well 10/10have recommended this location to friends and family.

I called in to make an appointment and I was told that if I canceled the appointment I wouldn't be able to come back, as they told me I had canceled twice before. I had not. I had canceled one time for an emergency. The other cancellation was a phone call from them canceling my appointment due to the pandemic. So they don't know how to do clerical work there.I had Cassie clean my teeth. She was AMAZING, and deserves to be at a more professional office. You are all lucky to have that woman working for you.At the end the female dentist came in. Made ZERO eye contact. Did not introduce herself, and lectured me about flossing as I had cavities. I am all set with being scolded as a 41 year old at a dentist office. I will never set foot in that sketchy office ever again.

I absolutely appreciate and adore the kindness that the front receptionists as well as the dental hygienists consistently show. I even enjoy the competency of the dentist herself. Any procedure that I have had ALWAYS goes well and I attribute this towards her exceptional talent and abilities. My only criticism is that the last two or three time that I’ve visited I have had to wait nearly 20-30 minutes before being seen. Once seen I had to wait another 10 to fifteen minutes in the middle of a cleaning for the hygienist to consult with another patient. In addition to this when the hygienist was finished I had to wait another 15 minutes for the dentist herself to complete the examination. I felt as if my time wasn’t being respected or valued to the point that I was considering finding another practice but they are so kind in our scheduling interactions and in person visits I’m going to give them one more try. If I feel as if my time isn’t being valued I will certainly try another practice.

As a former dental assistant, I know an awesome dental practice and Green Meadow is it! Doctor is awesome and does NOT compromise quality. I had a crown being inserted and the margins were slightly off and doc sent the crown back to lab. Perfection is required for dental work. The dental rooms are meticulously clean as well.Staff is also very nice! Keith is my go to hygienist. Love him!

Cassie my hygienist was excellent. Very thorough going over x-rays. I felt comfortable during my cleaning. She explained what I need to keep an eye on going forward with any dental issues I may have down the road and how to prevent them.
