This dental office has absolutely no regard for their patients. They don't assist in cases of emergency or necessities. They do NOT try to work with their patients that are in an emergent situation, rather they make you wait till a convenient time for them. They expect and demand payment prior to preparing for, processing and order of items. I needed a repair to my partial and had 50% of the cost but they would do nothing unless I had 75% or took out a dental credit loan. I explained that payday was in a couple of days but still nothing. So I had to reschedule just to be fitted for the repair, then wait for it to be returned from their lab. Now five and a half months later it broke. Couldn't get an appointment because my dentist was off for the next several days and he and his partner don't assist each other's patients. Had to take off from work to go to his 1st appointment this morning, he's late and I never even spoke with him. The assistant informed me that because of the holiday, that I am up against because of their lack of assistance, it will be after the holiday before I can get the partial back or I can wait till around the 6th of January to bring it in. I will NEVER use this dental office or any of the affiliates, I would rather pay out of pocket until open enrollment when I can switch plans than to ever use great expressions. Unless you just like aggravation and poor customer service I would stay away from this company. If I could give less than one star I definitely would.

I had just been down there about a month ago. No one never told me about a bill. That has not been paid.So i ask are you denying me medical treatment the young lady said yes, so I would never ever never go down there again, but making sure that that date will b put in in their system so they can get paid.
