Staff were nice and friendly. I went in for first time for cleaning and it was painful and hit my gums and made me bleed and didn’t ask if I was okay. Said I had multiple cavities and needed fillings but never asked to schedule that. A month later I went to my old dentist because my insurance came in and the cleaning was smooth and I had no cavities. Definitely consider a second opinion after going there.

First off - the dental experience is quite pleasant, the doctors are helpful and extremely kind and polite, and they do a fine job. What is completely not fine is the fact that they charge exorbitant amounts of dollars for even basic procedures. One could overlook this on account of quality service - and yet when combined with chaos at the front desk, often very unclear instructions and suddenly being charged with bills without being told about them when you are leaving the office it leaves a very bitter taste in one's mouth. I will be changing offices next year for a hopefully better experience somewhere else. If you are indeed the manager - act like one and at least offer apologies for your humongous errors.P.S. Go read the Yelp reviews for a true picture of this office.

The difference between the initial quote and the final bill was above $1200, which is preposterous. This office is beyond expensive and the office staff could use far more practice in running and effective office environment, and possibly letting you know when you owe things rather than surprising you with sudden bills. Very rude office manager.

My experience was wonderful. The staff, the dentist, and orthodontist team were great. I have been coming here for many years, and the experience has been and continues to be wonderful.
