My coworker recommended Gentle Dental to me & Im so happy I decided to go & give them a try! They are so nice, very professional & most of all GENTLE!!Dr. Rivera is Awesome! She didn’t make me feel stupid for not seeing a dentist for a very long time! My top front teeth were cracked & discolored & I hated to smile! She capped them, matched the color so they look natural & most of all brought my pretty smile back for me!! Thank you Dr. Rivera & everyone at Gentle Dental! You all ROCK! Please check your phone number on Google it goes towards a scam call center. I reported this when a senior I work with had her identity was stolen because she mistakenly provided her social security when asked- She got a call from Chase Bank that someone was using her info to open a credit card.Afterwards, I called- the number on the Gentle Dental and they also asked me for my SS# I told them I would report them to the SD FBI.I referred this senior client because I loved the service I was provided from Carlsbad Gentle Dental- so unfortunate that she was preyed upon- sad. 😢

I'm very pleased with Dr Rivera's careful, accurate & thorough exam & recommendations. Ceci (office manager) is pleasantly familiar with insurances' billing complexities & runs an organized clinic. Carmen's assistance is seamless in all the dental procedures & Olivia is very patient with coordinating treatment plan appointments. It's such a relief to have found a great dental office!
