Gentle Dental Reviews

Our appointments keep getting cancelled. I had an appointment at the beginning of 2024 and it was canceled, so I rescheduled and of course it was months out. And then I got a call the day before saying it was cancelled. They haven’t even called me to reschedule. My kids appointments also kept getting cancelled. I don’t know why but they can’t seem to keep staff or people call out all the time. Super frustrating and waste of time trying to keep getting time off for these appointments that keep getting cancelled all the time.

Actually the dentist was kind of rude to me the whole place there was only one person that was actually nice, and that was the person taking the x-rays. They didn't seem to care about how much pain I was in even with a half broken tooth. The whole side of my tooth is broken off and then all they could give me or tell me to take was ibuprofen or Tylenol. They said they will not give out any codeine. My appointment is actually 4 months away and they want me to take high doses of ibuprofen acetaminophen for 4 months. I don't think they've read the bottle I'm both of those medications and you're not supposed to be taken in for extended periods of time can cause liver and kidney damage and stomach bleeding. Obviously don't care you can't take it. And they do nothing for your pain
