STAY AWAY FROM THIS DENTIST OFFICE!!! If I could give 0 stars or negative stars I would. I have Ben going to this dental office for years. It appears it was sold or something because the dentist is different and the staff is different. I got a procedure done, I was explain prior to my appointment what I had to pay after insurance so I paid it. I then received a bill for $900 because they claimed my didn’t cover it. I was never explained this was a possibility. I was made to believe the breakdown I got was final. I called and spoke to the billing department and then finally the manager who told me she was going to remove my balance and I wouldn’t owe anything as it was a training mistake. This was months ago. Now I’m getting a bill for $452! I called them and their billing department told me the manager had discounted the bill. Once again I was lied to. I’m going to the BBB. This is absolutely the worst experience I’ve had with a dentist. Stay away.
