Post COVID, the dentist that we saw regularly no longer worked at this location. We were seen by one of the dentists available there, and we did not have a good experience, so I kept postponing our office visits. Finally, I decided to give them another try. We have always received great customer service from the receptionists and the dental assistants, so there were never any complaints about them. This time around, my daughters saw Dr. Omar. I was nervous at first, but his attentiveness and professionalism put my mind at ease. He explained everything very well and was very thorough answering all my questions and concerns. We will definitely be returning to see him, and I will highly recommend him to our friends and family. My recommendation to anyone is that if you are not satisfied with a certain doctor, request a change, you might just find a professional and extraordinary doctor like Dr. Omar.

I had my tooth filling done here for $350, but from the first day it was done, I had pain and aching in my tooth. My doctor was Ahmed Massad. After a while I got an infection in my tooth. My gums and cheek swelled up. I went and reported the problem and they told me that they would charge me $75 and I agreed. I thought I was paying $75 to have them redo the treatment they had done incorrectly, when in fact I only paid for x-rays. My dental health deteriorated because of them and they did not help me at all. I do not believe that the comments they receive are real. A place to stay away from completely. BIG SCAMMERS!!

I was there on November 13th at 1:30 p.m. and they told me that they closed. Even though it says on their Google search that they don't close until 2:00 p.m. This is why I scheduled my appointment at 1:30 p.m. it's like they want people to come in on their time. If that was the case then they shouldn't have give me the option to confirm my appointment at 1:30 p.m. they don't care about their customers. They just want to hurry up and get them see earlier so they can just go about their day. Went until the city and the state finds about this. I will be calling the news investigation about this too. Signing into government contracts insurance but can't even have a dentist to be there until 2:00 p.m. to serve the General Public.I don't understand why you're trying to make it seem/shift it like it's my fault. I got there at 1:30 p.m. specifically when my appointment was confirmed you can look at the cameras and i have google maps where it tells were i was n what time i got there. That's is defamation of character. I would eres that u said or i have a case.
