I went into Fresh Impressions today for a consult with Dr. Albert concerning my 6 month old daughter. The staff were so kind and genuine. Linda was thorough and upfront about pricing and post op care instructions over the phone and in office. Dr. Albert and his assistant were wonderful with my baby and made us both feel comfortable. My daughter didn’t end up needing treatment and I was appreciated of the transparency. It’s rare to find a doctor who is honest and doesn’t just care about making money off of doing unnecessary procedures. For that I am grateful. 10/10 would recommend.

I couldn’t be happier to have arrived at this place for the treatment of my youngest son, the doctor is really very professional without leaving aside how kind and patient he could be with my whole family, as well as the whole team that works with him starting from the reception lady who kindly helps us with the translation as well as the anesthesiology group that treated my son very well, a very complete and good team, I will be eternally grateful for his patience and professionalism, affection and blessings for the whole work group it is difficult to find this thank you

Dr. Albert performed a tongue tie release and a lip tie release on our three week old daughter after she had trouble latching. He was so comforting as he prepared us for her surgery, about which I had been reluctant. Ultimately, it was the best choice to release the ties and Dr. Albert was the absolute best individual to perform the procedure. He has a great bedside manner, both with children and their adults, and his philosophy about keeping parents in the room with their kids is admirable and compassionate. When we brought our daughter for her follow up, his skill was super apparent. He was able to inspect both lip and tongue procedures without even waking her up!As a result of this surgery, both mom and baby are doing much better! Breastfeeding is much easier for both of us and baby is happy and healthy!

We love Dr. Albert! We brought our 5 week old daughter to see him for a tongue tie. We were very nervous about having any procedure done on such a young baby. He explained everything so we were comfortable. He told us what he would do, how she would react, and what we would need to do at home following the procedure. He gave us time to contemplate our choice without pressuring us in any way. I held our daughter through the entire procedure. Dr. Albert was incredibly patient and gentle with our daughter. He gave us time to snuggle and comfort her instead of just rushing through it. He did an excellent job! I would highly recommend him to anyone searching for a pediatric dentist!

Several members of my family now see Dr. Albert for their dental care. On my first visit Dr. Albert did a thorough examination and spent a significant amount of time to explain his findings and recommendations. His use of technology allowed me to see what he was explaining.For the first time in my adult life I had a filling replaced painlessly without novocaine because he used a laser instrument. That was a breakthrough for me. Dr. Albert explained what he was about to do during the entire procedure and ensured that I was comfortable.He and his staff are friendly and professional. I feel very comfortable in their office and my granddaughters look forward to their regular checkups.
