I would give zero stars if I could. My son had a 10:00 appointment and it was after 11:30 before trying to go to the back to figure out when he sought called! If we have a grace period then y’all should try to meet that same period as our time is valuable as well. My son was supposed to have his braces for 12-18 months it’s going on 3 years. They have changed doctors, staff, he rarely even see the doctor! I would not recommend them!

Scheduled appointments do not matter the wait will still be over an hour wait. The employees on Old National still can’t seem to figure out how to properly schedule appointments. This place doesn’t care about your time. Do not go here if you can unless you. Not sure how the dentist feel about all the complications with scheduling a simple appointment. If you go to a “white area” this doesn’t happened or if it does not every single visit stay away unless you have precious time to waste sitting in a waiting room.

Great staff, great atmosphere, very gentle and patient with the lil ones. Great office for the babies. Front desk staff could use more training. The young lady in checkout and scheduling ESPECIALLY!! She took her SWEET time to even acknowledge I was standing there to check out. (Less than a foot away) Then she gave me an appointment that worked for the office, never ONCE asking if it accommodated my schedule. I like this location and don't mind coming thru OLD NATIONAL HWY traffic to get there, but bad service reflects on EVERYONE.
