I need to start off with this:I’m not a fan of going to the dentist.I was not a regular patient here, but i will be after the treatment and care THE WHOLE STAFF has shown me during this appointment.I had an emergency the night before.I gave them a call and left a message with their emergency line.The next morning they called me saying i can come in for 11:15.Perfect!The establishment is beautiful! The woman at the front desk was so kind! Greeting me and making me feel so comfortable.She got me checked in and within 2 minutes an assistant walked up and brought me to a room.The assistant was lovely! She also made me feel comfortable.She took quick x-rays and we talked a little while i waited for the dentist.The dentist comes in and she is also wonderful!! She addressed my concerns, she addressed my situation, made me feel heard, asked if I had any more questions, got me on a new antibiotic and sent me on my way. I am so grateful for their kindness and hospitality. Especially during this last minute emergency appointment and I’m not even a regular patient.Needless to say… I am now a new patient! I will love going to the dentist now!Thank you to EVERYONE that took care of me and made me feel so comfortable.

I experienced an emergency. I broke a piece of my front tooth.First they were professional and checked to see what my insurance covered. Then they made me aware of what my cost would be. I wish more medical professionals did that.Then they scheduled me in immediately!!!The Dr. was kind and careful. His assistant was amusing and delightful.I moved to another state over 4 years ago and they welcomed me back.

Always an amazing experience. Welcomed by Andrea, who’s incredible, with a smile and great conversation. Always treated like family. The office always runs on time and communication is great. Dr. Krauss is talented and thorough. My whole family has been coming here for years and will continue to as long as they are here.

I’ve been going to Farmington Village Dental for about 8 years. They are wonderful, caring and I trust their opinion and integrity . I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Krause, Dr. Nadeau and the rest of the office staff. Highly Recommend!

Farmington Village Dental is a great practice! All staff are friendly, compassionate, and professional. They are able to put me at ease (a very nervous patient), and I feel very confident that I'm getting great care. The office is very clean and welcoming. I'm very happy to have FVD as my dental provider!
