They really try and most of the time are very punctual with appt time. Greatly skilled dentists. Been very happy with them for years. Have had 6 crowns done by them. Hygienists are welcoming as well as entire staff. My insurance dental questions have been answered. Organized.

The best dental office that I have ever been too! The entire staff is just like family to me. My 4 y/o son loves going there too! The office is bright, cheerful & clean. The staff are so friendly, funny, helpful, accommodating & efficient. I have clean & healthy teeth all thanks to Farmington Family Dentistry! They are the best!

Everyone in this office is top notch! I have gone to so many dentist over the years you name it I have been there, and non of them measure up to FFD... A friend of mine told me “Go see Dr W” When I met Dr Wilhelms I instantly trusted her! She made my anxiety going to see a dentist at easy!! She doesn’t sugar coat and she gives you multiple options to go about doing one thing!!! She treats you like your her own family!!!! It’s not about the $$ for her it’s about the outcome and your health - and that’s hard to find in a dentist. Price is fair and her work is one of the highest I have seen in her profession! I moved my whole family to see her. My kids finally look forward to getting their teeth cleaning!!! They see Dr I highly remember Farmington Family Dentistry!

I had an appointment today at Farmington Family dentistry. When I went there, I was told that I owed them $30+ and its in collection so they canceled my appointments and all future appointments for the family this year. When asked whether I could pay it right there I was told that nobody in billing is available nor do they have number for collection agency.This is the first time we have experienced this anywhere. Very disappointed with their service. I had taken half day off from work for this appointment and they had no courtesy to inform by call or text that my appointment has been canceled.

I read the bad reviews about the front desk staff, and I don't want dismiss anyone's experiences, but I was very surprised. They have always been so professional and helpful to me. Honestly, they are probably the nicest front desk staff I've ever dealt with. And the dentists and dental hygienists in this office are wonderful. I normally hate going to the dentist, but with this office, I honestly don't mind.
