I am very OCD when it comes to my teeth. I was referred to Falls Family Dental from my brother in-law because they except late evening appts. From day one things didn't seem right only doing a cleaning 1 appt at a time and cannot even do a proper cleaning always being rushed out of the chair after 15 min but paying disgusting money not even polishing, let alone a root canal. It's been very frustrating, feel like I was an inconvenience. When i had another appt complaining about a tooth ache which I ended up needing a root canal, I was given an antibiotic that wasn't even working and was charged again Disgusting money for 5 min when I tried to explain my concerns again felt like I was an inconvenience and they didn't have time. They then booked me in to do a root canal I drove 2 hours thru a snow storm from Etobicoke leaving work early and Dr. Greg Hooper dismissed me looked at my tooth for 30 seconds charged me again disgusting money for 30 seconds and told me to come back after the New Years because he wanted to leave early. They waste your time so they can make their money by booking appt after appt and because they didn't do my root canal when I scheduled it with the front desk I have been in agony for weeks. Yet they claim they do 24 hour emergency service. They show no sympathy for the pain I am having to endure and the last straw was the discrimination I experienced at my last visit. Do your homework it is obvious you are only a payday to them there is no passion for their work yet they call themselves a doctor. Well Dr. Greg Hooper you are a racist after I told you I was half Jewish you started discriminating me even after I went to shake your hand and wish you Merry Christmas you refused to shake my hand. Disgusting. Shame on you Dr. Greg Hooper.

Amazing group of people here - from the second you walk in the door, you are treated with kindness and respect. I recently had the pleasure of having my teeth cleaned by Emily - she put me at ease right away and the time just flew by. I went back a few days later to have a small repair done - Alana and Dr Mitch went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and everything was finished in no time. If you're looking for a great team for your dental care - look no further, they are the best!!! :)

My family and I traveled to great wolf lodge for vacation. I had a winsome tooth which had began to decay and the pain was unbearable. I booked an emergency appointment and was seen the same day. The staff were so helpful and understanding to my concerns. I assumed due to being out of town, and having an emergency appointment, that I was going to be charged for my assessment and, to my utter disbelief and amazement, I was not charged for my visit. In all, by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist and recommend this place to every and anyone in the area and on vacation in Niagara. Please staff of fall smile dental, do not change a thing. You are definitely what this world needs more off.Cheers

Never been a fan of the dentist...actually I have pretty major anxiety about it and have for years now which only made me put it off and have disrepair of my teeth. Finally worked up the courage to come to these fantastic people and my gosh I'll never fear the dentist again while in their care. So professional and kind and respectful. I used to hate my previous dentist and everyone knew it but now I rave about these guys, truly wonderful and I know it means so so much to me. Can't say enough positive things, thank you so very much. In a way I feel like you've given me my confidence and my life back

I called this place in on a Saturday morning when I was in pain as the description said they offer 24hour emergency services. I called within opening hours and Becky went off on me for no reason and did not even ask me what the issue was.I have never been to this place before, as a matter of fact I am new to Niagara Falls. That is no way to treat any person calling to ask about the services a place provides!Absolutely horrible customer service. If you aren’t happy with your job Becky simply find another one! You are obnoxious!
