Had my first appointment with Elite Smiles this past week and had a very positive experience. The entire staff were very pleasant and welcoming. The office itself was updated and clean. My hygienist was very thorough and was patient in explaining my X-ray images and answering the questions I had. I expressed to my hygienist that I have anxiety with teeth cleanings due to my sensitive gums and she was very understanding and was so gentle with my cleaning. It was one of the most comfortable/painless cleanings I’ve ever had, and I am so appreciative my hygienist was mindful of the concerns I expressed to her. Dr. Ravin was also so nice and personable. I didn’t feel rushed when speaking with him. He took the time to ask me questions about myself and also clearly explain what he noticed about my teeth as well as my x-ray images. He was also able to answer the questions I had in a clear, respectful manner. I felt that he was very compassionate and genuinely cared to hear my thoughts/feelings about the feedback I received and that I understood and was comfortable with our plan for next steps.

The office team and Dr Ravin are amazing. I have severe anxiety around going to the dentist and everyone made me feel at ease. It was like chatting with friends! Dr Ravin was very understanding and explained everything in a way that made sense and me feel comfortable with the plan. I strongly recommend the team here!

Best dentist and staff I’ve ever had! Dr. Ravin provides that rare combination of top notch skills AND compassion. He never rushes and always makes sure I am comfortable and have no pain. All the lovely staff ladies are also so skilled and personable. Both Dr. Ravin and his staff are very responsive and communicative, making me feel supported and cared for. Everyone seems to enjoy their jobs and are so friendly with each other and their patients, it says a lot about them. I will never see another dentist! Dr. Ravin is not allowed to ever retire!

Professional, compassionate, caring! My family and I have loved Dr. Raven and staff from our first visit a couple of years ago. He and his staff are extremely discerning when needed and experienced beyond measure. Laughter and kindness is ever present, always making you feel right at home!
