Terrible terrible terrible! Stay away! Let’s start off with the front desk “receptionist” Diane, who is obviously running the whole office. She will talk down to you and overcharge you and your insurance! She charged me for co pays and fees that are unheard of. My insurance covers 100%, but she told me I have to wait for the claim to process in order for her to “refund” me back the money. Meanwhile it’s since December, and the claim has been settled for 3 months. Stay away from that office- I would not give them a penny. And Shame on Doctor Cisternas for having such terrible receptionist and not caring about his patients! He did my crown, I have sensitivity and since he already permanently fixed the crown (although I told him it’s sensitive), now I have to go to a specialist and possibly pay out of pocket. I would NEVER recommend this office to anyone. Shame on them for speaking to people the way they do and the terrible bedside manner.

I had my first appointment with Dr Cisternas today. The staff are very welcoming and professional. They are very thorough and detail oriented. Great bedside manner very knowledgeable friendly and caring. Dr Cisternas is very professional and explains everything thoroughly, takes the time to examine and look for ways to help improve your health. I was extremely impressed today and needless to say I will be taking my whole family to this office.

Dr Steve is a wonderful dentist who literally saved my son from unnecessary dental work that he was told he needed. So thankful I went for a second opinion and found a trusting honest dentist who actually cares about his patients and doesn’t see dollar signs! The office is clean and the staff is friendly and welcoming.

-Colored 3D scans-Multi angle x rays or something-Gum stab testing-Incredibly friendly staff that made me feel at home/like family-Clean af office-Dr Cisternas is friendly and fun. Really cool dudeI am actually excited to go back. Genuine staff that care about your oral health. First oral check up in 8 years and they took great care of me. Honestly nothing but good things to say. I had no clue dentistry was so up to date with scans and multidimensional isometric views. 10/10 don't bother with any other dentist.GO HERE DONT LOOK BACK

Dr Cisternas is absolutely awesome! He is very professional, respectful and gentle, especially when numbing my mouth up. I'm very satisfied with the service so far and highly recommend him. Also, all the staff is very friendly and welcoming. You guys rockkk 👌💯😎
