He has a warm, caring and outgoing personality. Doctor Dow is patient, thorough and considerate. He takes time to explain procedures every step of the way. I am comfortable and content following each treatment.. His facility is pristine with state of the art diagnostic capabilities and equipment. All of the office staff are welcoming, helpful and extremely efficient. They are a great team and each one of them is a credit to the practice. For many years I was treated by a wonderful dentist and I was devastated worrying that I would never find another with the same skills and ethics. Fortunately I did and that dentist is Doctor Dow. I recommend Dr. Dow to everyone I meet! I always feel taken care of when I visit. As someone who historically struggles with the dentist, he and his staff ensure I feel comfortable. They explain procedures clearly, and make sure to review cost with me BEFORE they start. I feel informed and free to choose what is best for me. I cannot recommend Dr. Dow enough. Not many people can say they love their dentist - but I can!

Dr. Kevin Dow has been my dentist for the past three years and I whole heartedly believe that he is absolutely the best option in the city of Chicago.As a transplant to the city of Chicago, the task of finding new care practitioners felt daunting. However, after reading the amazing reviews for Chicago Style Smiles as well as for Kevin Dow himself, I felt extremely confident in trying out his practice and am extremely grateful that I did.From the very first interaction with the staff in his practice, to meeting with Kevin Dow himself, I immediately felt at ease and trusting of all elements of my experience. Kevin is an empathic and eloquent communicator who takes the time to walk you through any questions or needs you may have. He answers in a way that helps the client understand both process and outcome, and not just leave them to trust that the medical language spoken was easily comprehensible.On my first consultation with Dr Dow, I appreciated that he could sense questions I may have, and in turn led the conversation while also being an active listener. The equipment in his office was new, pristine, and he walked me through what tools were being used and what for in any instance that I was curious. Any and all concerns were validated, but also easily put at ease through efficient communication. After my first visit I knew that I needed to look no further and am always happy to book my 6 month check up at the end of each appointment.As a person and as a practitioner, Dr Kevin Dow is top tier and I highly recommend to all.

Just wanted to give praise to Dr Dow and his team, especially his assistant Diana. The location is central and easy to find, the office was welcoming and clean and Dr Dow was very thorough during my visit. The office is equipped with technology to share photos and x-rays right there while you sit in the chair and my cleaning was great! I would recommend this office to any and everyone looking for a general dentist for oral care!
