Beware: this office is a scam. The office staff was really nice and super cool at first... Then they claimed, after receiving treatment and a sales pitch for a whole bunch of things that my insurance doesn't cover, by a dentist that I assumed was Dr Schulman, that Dr. Schulman retired a while ago. I don't even know the name or qualifications of the guy that stuck his hands in my mouth. He wasn't even listed on their website. Then they charged my credit card $24 for "PPE supplies" (protective masks, office visit fee, etc) that they claimed isn't included in Delta Dental's 100% preventative visit coverage. They never advised of such fees in all the conversations, paperwork or emails prior, nor did they even provide a receipt!. When I asked for clarification of the charges, they claimed they've always charged such fees and that it was my fault for not asking about them prior to my appointment. Then the dentist that examined me came over and got overly defensive about the treatment he provided and refused to refund the bogus charges... Told me to take it up my insurance company and credit card provider. The charge showed up as "Hansel Montilla DDS".I wish I had video of the whole fiasco...but thankfully I do have witnesses and pictures.. I should also mention that it's the first dental cleaning I've had in over 40 years, that did not include flossing my teeth!Talk about deception and a seedy operation...Stay away!
