I dropped my partial plate and it broker. I brought it into Columbia Dental and asked that they repair it. They repaired the plate and I picked it up. I paid (via Visa) in full because my insurance doesn't cover that. I just found out that Columbia Dental also billed my insurance for an "exam" which I did not receive and did not need an exam...it was my plate that broke in half...not due to a problem in my mouth. I did not authorize any billing to my insurance company.
