I had an excellent appointment with Ginger Pollack. She was attentive, careful, and explained everything in great detail. She handled my nervousness and concern with both professional and emotional intelligence that was impressive to me. I'm really relieved and grateful to have found such a dedicated and excellent dentist. Some people are truly passionate and caring about what they do and it shows. That's how I felt about her work and her expertise, and that's saying something for me, because I usually do not like going to the dentist at all.

l feel compelled to write this in order to warn people about Ginger Pollack. Avoid this place at all costs. Ginger Pollack was going to drill 15 unnecessary holes into my teeth for the money. This is completely unethical and dishonest. To this day I still can't believe it. In 2014, I went to get a cleaning after not going to a dentist for a few years. I was a little worried that I might have a cavity or two so I was kind of vulnerable. Ginger Pollack took advantage of this fact. When she went over the results of my x-rays, she gave me a small, pixilated illustration of teeth with red dots all over them and told me that I had 15 cavities. I never saw the actual x-rays. I thought this was unreasonable considering the fact that I've only had 3 or 4 cavities in 35 years. She also told me that she was "a little excited" when she went over how much it would cost per filling. Unbelievable. So, I got a second opinion at another dental office and had Pollack's office send over a copy of the x-rays. The new dentist examined me and took new x-rays. She told me that my teeth were in good shape and that I had no cavities. That's right, ZERO CAVITIES and I haven't had any since. I hope this warning will help other people avoid this place.

Flexible scheduling and supports urgent adjustments that she does, even on a day when she is off. However, She ruined one of my teeth by hitting the nerve, and I had to place an expensive crown which could not do right. Eventually, I had to change to another dentist who got things right.

Dr P is a very gentle and accommodating person. My kids love her and her work is comfortable and good. I had a root canal with her and it was fast and painless.
