I had to get braces for the second time to correct the gaps in my teeth resulting from not wearing my retainers for years (please don't make the same epic mistake and wear your your retainers!). My dentist Dr. LeGiang Nguyen highly recommended Dr. Douglas Nguyen and I trust her completely. She called him a perfectionist and had only good things to say about him. I met with Dr. Douglas for a consultation and he struck me as not only as knowledgeable and a perfectionist, but also very honest. That was the reason I chose to go with his practice.The office is bright, aesthetically pleasing, and welcoming. Dr. Douglas, Dr. Sean, and their entire staff are professional, efficient, and very courteous. I can't say enough of good things about the front office staff. Once in a while I run into a scheduling conflict and they always come up with a solution to help me make it to that monthly appointment. Sarah who is no longer there is amazing, so are Vy, Truc, Jacqueline, Christine, and Rachel. An equally amazing team helps Dr. Douglas and Dr. Sean run a smooth operation in the back and how I wish I'm better with names! But I can only recall Richard, Josue, and Raven at the moment. Throughout my 2-3 years of visiting Dr. Douglas, Dr. Sean, and their team, I've been treated with nothing but kindness, respect, and the upmost care anyone can be given regarding their orthodontic journey! As a kid, I've always been skeptical of my teeth and rarely smiled because of the insecurities surrounding them. Yet, I can proudly say that I'm extremely happy with the way they've turned out and it's all thanks to Dr. Douglas, Dr. Sean, and their team YALL THE GOATS !PS: Shoutout to everyone that worked on my last day with my braces! To Hillary (who did a good amount :P) Isabela, Edith, and Keilyn y'all are extremely #goated LUV YALL ‼
