I recently visited Dr. Herman's dental office and had an outstanding experience. Wendy, their dental hygienist, saw me right on time—no waiting around, which was a pleasant surprise. My teeth are a challenge to clean (thanks to being a mouth breather, which hardens plaque, and some gum recession), but Wendy handled it with incredible gentleness and care.She also recommended a prescription toothpaste to help with my dental needs. I assumed it would be cheaper through my Kaiser prescription plan, but Wendy advised otherwise. To be thorough, they called in the prescription for me while I was still there. I went to Kaiser, only to find she was absolutely right—it was nearly double the price compared to what Dr. Herman's office charges. Lesson learned: trust the professionals!The front office staff were also fantastic—friendly, helpful, and efficient. All in all, a truly professional and patient-centered experience. Highly recommend!

Dr. Herman and the office staff are so welcoming and friendly. When you walk in the door, it’s obvious they love what they do. I chose Dr. Herman after switching from three other dentists in a row. One dentist suggested procedures for my daughter she did not need, one tried to sell my teenage son unnecessary procedures when I wasn’t there with him, and one made a mistake causing me to need oral surgery. I went to Dr. Herman the awesome surgeon he uses, Dr. Smith, to resolve that issue and I will be staying. Dr. Herman is a competent and honest dentist and Wendy is the most gentle hygienist I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this office if you have sensitivity and you are tired of dentists upselling and treating you like just another patient. We are very happy with Dr. Herman and his staff.

Dr. Herman is the absolute best! The quality of his work is peerless! His office staff is amazing! You are greeted with smiles and are informed completely about the details of your appointment and promptly guided to your procedure room. Dr. Herman’s hygienists are all very thorough and informative regarding proper dental practices. My wife and I feel very fortunate to be patients of Dr. Herman.

Dr Herman is such a great dentist. Very personable, quick, no pain and makes you feel comfortable right off the bat. His staff is amazing in this office. The positive vibe as soon as you walk in the door always makes you feel good to be at the office. I have never experienced a dental office like this. I will be a lifelong client here.

Our family has been patients at Dr. Herman for over ten years. As we are moving away I wish I could take this practice with me. No, I’m not out of my mind… My teeth used to need a lot of care. Dr. Herman and team, and me following their advice, got them to not needing any treatment other than cleaning and routine check-ups for some years now. Everybody at Dr. Herman’s very friendly, there is almost never any waiting, the practice is modern with several separate treatment rooms providing the necessary privacy. They go the extra-mile with insurance companies keeping any personal contributions as little as possible.Good dentists are a rare find. I would recommend Dr. Herman and team to anybody.
