Dr. DeCota made poorly fitting crowns on my wife's 2 back molars for incredible $3,000. He placed the crowns in tilted/crooked way over the tongue (inclined at wrong angle) and about 2 mm was missing to make a proper bite contact. He promised to make an exact copy of an old bite according to 3D model on CEREC but he failed to do it right and refused to fix it. He rushed the job to make quick, easy money.Wrong inclination of crowns triggered her left TMJ and left jaw bone pain. Her bite feels very crooked and the color of crowns does not match with other teeth. The crowns will have to be replaced as they do not last and she suffers from gums bleeding between them. He refused to accept responsibility and dismissed her immediately as a patient.I asked for partial refund for the crowns and he declined. His office manager claims they have legal complaints very often from unhappy patients and they are not afraid of them. Stay away from this practice! His Kois deprogrammer is a gimmick, the most inaccurate wax bow-shaped splint that he charges patients $850!
