I love this place and that says a lot because I usually hate going to the dentist. But Dr. Lee is the best!! He’s calm and patient with me and does a wonderful job when I visit. I get to watch movies or listen to my music during any cleaning or procedure which makes all the difference for me! :) I also love Asia and Rosie and Charlotte!! And Dr. Ben!! :) They’re always in great moods and greet you with a smile :) Honestly, everyone here is amazing and kind and they make every visit fun and enjoyable :)

Unethical Billing and Zero communication.They first informed me over the phone (before my appointment) that they were in-network and the visit was covered. When I arrived, they reconfirmed. When I sat at the chair, they wanted to add additional services. I had them stop and double-check that the services would be covered. A front desk person came over and confirmed. Note that I only went in for a general exam, cleaning and basic x-rays (no dental issues or pain).A month later, my insurance provided the EOB showing a huge balance that was listed as "my responsibility". I emailed with Charlotte several times and no resolution. Months later, in October (my visit was in June), I received an unprofessional "statement/invoice" with no appointment details, no service code, nothing. I emailed them immediately...and nothing. My insurance investigated and confirmed that they were not in-network and had informed the DNTL Bar of the same before the visit. smhTruly unethical billing practices, terrible customer service. Not recommended...with all the dental offices in NYC...please save yourself the headache.

I highly recommend Dental Bar for their superb professionalism and amazing customer service. I had dental deep cleaning to remove calcification in my teeth. The RDH Minseo Kim did an amazing job , deep cleaning my teeth and the calcification is all gone. She followed up with me after the visit and gave me great advice and guidelines on how to daily take care of my teeth, and was kind enough to answer all my questions and address all my concerns. The staff and all the physicians I interacted with were also very kind and caring. Highly recommend Dental Bar

Best cleaning in my life. Great side manner very knowledgeable and great instructions and tips on how to keep and improve my oral hygiene. Will be a loyal patient for years to come. I had the best experience there, dntl is a very clean, well decorated and organized dental place, it’s nothing like a random dental clinic with heavy smell. The staff there are very friendly and professional, they greet me with genuine smile. The whole process is very quick and efficient, from scheduling the appointment to get my teeth cleaned, it didn’t feel long. Every equipment there is very thoughtfully places, meant to serve customers’ needs, they provide bottled water, charger, the chair has massage function, there’s Netflix to watch while you get teeth cleaning, everything is perfect! Strongly recommend dntl to everyone
