Numerous times they over book patients for 8:30 am without enough staff. I've arrived on time for my appointments and have had to wait 30 minutes to be called. I've said something last time because I have to return to work but they don't listen. For this reason, I wouldn't recommend this place, unless you're ready to take half a day pto each time you visit them. Which is not ideal since these checkups are very often.Also, it seems like there is one person working on all the patients. They had me sitting on one chair and waiting again while the doctor had to finish with another patient. And while she was working on me, the assistance kept coming over to ask her questions and she had to stop working on me to answer them.

I’m currently a client as of right now and I’ve had my braces in for around a year and 5 months! The people here are really nice and I’ve seen a huge change in my teeth :) I really recommend this place! The staff are very kind and understanding about appointment as well 10/10 for customer service. My teeth are looking super great now, and I’m told I’m going to be getting them off sooner than expected thanks to their great work! Thank you!!

We were referred to Doctor Dixon by my son’s dentist. Insurance was approved. Appointment scheduling flexible. You feel right at home. They do a great job. My 11 year old son feel comfortable and relaxed when being treated. Now he can’t stop smiling and showing off his new braces. Feeling more confident. He can’t wait to go back and change the color of the braces every time he goes.

We absolutely love this office! They're amazing to my son. They explain everything so well. Step by step. They include my son. Educate him on everything they will be doing. I'm glad they will be the ones putting his braces on. I have no worries at all. It's like walking into a second home. We love them ❤️ 💕 💜 💗

I wanna start off this review by saying I’m happy I chose this office for my braces experience. I had my braces on for about 5 to 6 years. I was worried I would need a jaw surgery due to my underbite but happily enough it was not required and my teeth are perfect now 🥰. through the span of time the office really helped me through my smile journey. They had amazing and professional explanations and experience. There staff is lovely and has such caring atmosphere. They feel like a family of beautiful and talented people. They are a Very professional and kind community. I am proud to say I was a client for Dixon orthodontist 🥰 - Madison collar
