It's been 2 months since completing a full mouth reconstruction with Dr. Clancy and his incredible team at Divine Smiles. I cannot overstate how incredible my experience has been. From the moment I walked into their office, I was met with professionalism, warmth, and a bedside manner that is second to none. In fact, their customer care is so good that I'll be doing any and all dental work there from here on out even if I have to fly.Before hiring the team, Dr. Clancy & Leslie completed a thorough evaluation to evaluate what procedure would be the best fit for my functional & aesthetic goals - I described the issues I was facing and even showed them photos of the smile I was looking to achieve. They walked me through every step, explaining my options clearly and ensuring I felt comfortable and confident throughout the process. Not once did I feel rushed or pressured.Throughout the full mouth reconstruction process, Dr. Clancy, Ashlee, Ashley, and the rest of the Divine team were patient, thorough, and incredibly detail oriented. They work methodically, carefully assessing every detail from bite alignment to jaw function to ensure the final result is perfectly functional, balanced, and aesthetic. Honestly, their commitment to precision is unmatched. You can tell they genuinely care about getting it right. No shortcuts, no compromises, no guess work, no stone unturned. Just time tested exceptional work and methods every step of the way that shows they take pride in their craft.And the results? My jaw is balanced, bite aligned, and my entire mouth (teeth, gums, tongue, lips) for the first time now work in harmony. Honestly I never expected what followed - over the past 3 months I've easily had over 50 people, ones I know and complete strangers, stop me in the middle of conversations to compliment my smile. "So white." "Perfect teeth." "Sharp jaw." At the grocery store, gym, airplanes, restaurants, parties....I even had someone chase me down the street last week just to tell me they saw my smile from across the way. And not once in any of these interactions have I been asked whether I had work done - all of this is one big testament to Dr. Clancy and his team's ability to create a natural looking smile.You may be thinking "oh, he must have had good teeth to begin with." Truly, I'd be surprised if my case was not one of the more complicated ones. Misaligned jaw, stained teeth, worn down enamel, inflamed gums, overactive tongue...probably a whole host of other things if you took a peak at my file. Dr. Clancy addressed each component one by one. Patiently. Methodically. The solution he has created brought everything together in harmony.I know one of the biggest concerns when considering a procedure like this is cost, and I completely understand why. Here's my 2 cents: when it comes to something as important as your smile, something that affects both your function and aesthetics every single day, for the rest of your life, this is not the place to cut corners. I spent several weeks researching the right place because I knew this wasn’t just a “fix," it was a long term investment. And for a procedure with so many moving parts and consequences if you get it wrong, you need someone who is the absolute best with real expertise. I know having gone through this now firsthand the level of skill, precision, and care that this procedure necessitates. You can’t put a price on the trust, confidence and peace of mind that comes with knowing it was done right, and to the highest possible standard. That's worth every penny.Anyway, I'll end my monologue here. I'm thorough as when I was researching, I appreciated everyone who spent time explaining everything in detail to me so hoping with this review I can pay that sentiment forward. I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Divine Smiles. I went in hoping to get relief for my TMJ pain, but I was told I would need to pay ~$1700 for a deep laser cleaning / scaling of my teeth before they would even evaluate my TMJ. The cleaning felt completely unnecessary, and I left feeling like my care wasn’t prioritized or heard.
