New patient appointment. I was a bit nervous but the staff was so welcoming I immediately felt at home. Mrs. Becky at the front desk greeted me with a warm smile. Lia the dental assistant/hygienist was very friendly and attentive as she took my X-rays. Dr. McCauley was phenomenal and made me feel confident and comfortable. He listened to my concerns and even detected some unspoken worries through my micro expressions and body language. He reassured me through the whole process and the consultation was very informative and helpful. Michelle did an outstanding job with the cleaning and for the first time ever, it didn’t hurt at all! She’s got superhuman hands! Special thanks to Jennifer, Emily, Luna, and everyone else I met who contributed to my spectacular patient experience. I left with no anxieties and am excited to continue receiving such stellar care from this wonderful team for years to come. Today was my first appointment at Distinctive Dentistry on Maitland. It was a great experience since I walked into the office to check in. Everyone was extremely friendly, kind, and polite. My dental hygienist was Amber; she was extremely nice and knowledgeable. Dr. McCauley was the best, kind, patient, and took his time to talk to me as a first time patient. I am so happy I found this office. My only regret is not having found them sooner. I would highly recommend them. Thank you for a great experience.
