I have been coming to this dental office for over 2+ years now and I just love it! A friend recommended it to me and I'm so happy she did. The staff is incredible- they are kind, welcoming, and caring. I also love that they are open on Saturday's, which is incredibly helpful for a busy work schedule. I have recently been seeing Kristen on Saturday's and she is just a gem! She is lovely to talk with and always gives me truthful advice on how to best protect my teeth. At one point, the office had to reschedule one of my appointments- they told me well in advance and at my next appointment provided me with a gift card to apologize for the inconvenience! I thought it was a very thoughtful touch. The office itself is very clean and organized. Highly recommend if you're looking for a dentist!

This was my first time visiting and it was the nicest, gentlest experience. My hygienist was very personable and kind and had the lightest touch ever. And Dr. Vanderpool was very thorough and great overall as well! The offices are centrally located and clean. Front desk staff were very friendly. Good vibes all around and I’m glad I found them.

was visiting Seattle for the weekend and all of a sudden had an unbearable toothache even though my flight was the next day. could not wait any longer for my next appointment in IL, therefore I called and asked if they had availability for a check up. they gladly took me in and carefully listened to my concerns. turns out i needed a root canal for the tooth. Dr. Vanderpool and her assistant did the procedure and gave me a summary of what was happening. Felt super welcomed during the whole thing and even gave me a blanket during my procedure because I was chilly. She wrote down a summary to say my dentist as well. Extremely helpful staff/ knowledgable dentist.

I had a tooth emergency where a back crown fell off. I was only passing through and was going to Vancouver the next day. Knowing it would be really hard to find a dentist in Vancouver, my husband called up a bunch of dentists in Seattle. This one stood out because they were able to squeeze us in and help us around a difficult situation.Thank you to Kim the receptionist for being an outstanding person who made us feel comfortable from the get go.The office is located right in the heart of downtown Seattle. Big, bright windows line the lobby and receptionist area. They have fresh magazines in the beautiful waiting area along with coffee and water.Dr. Ellen re-cemented the crown in less than 10 minutes and was so thoughtful with the procedure. She would tell me what was going to happen next, and kept checking to see I was not in pain.Kaylee was the assistant to Dr. Ellen who got me all ready with the initial exam and x-rays. With a warm energy and wonderful attitude, I felt blessed to be in their care.The procedure costed $200, including an X-ray. For the emergency I was in, I was glad to pay and be on the way.

I have been going here for quite some time now.My current dentist hygienist is fantastic!!!Kristen is extremely friendly, polite, and kind. And also she is wonderful at her work. She makes me want to take better care of my dental hygiene. Thank you so much!
